Après avoir fait régresser les deroits humains en Suisse, l’UDC a décidé d’étendre son entreprise d’augmentation des inégalités et de destruction de la cohésion sociale à l’école.
Prétextant les mauvaises performances réelles ou supposées des systèmes scolaires suisses et les résultats moyens du classement PISA, l’UDC veut remplacer l’éducation et la formation par le dressage. Pour arriver à ses fins, elle a publié un document stratégique émanent d’enseignants proches : «Le chemin conduisant à une école publique basée sur la performance», comprenez par «performance» : concurrence, sélection, discrimination, élimination et exclusion. L’UDC veut remplacer une pédagogie centrée sur l’enfant et son développement par un système sélectif élitiste et autoritaire. Elle propose de faire des enseignants des «chefs d’entreprise» (modèle universel pour ce parti), combattre l’égalité, exclure les mauvais élèves, les handicapés et en finir avec «l’illusion de l’apprentissage par le plaisir». On doit reconnaître qu’il faut être vraiment pervers pour avoir du plaisir à apprendre, il est impératif de réprimer dans l’œuf toute tentative de l’élève allant dans ce sens. Sinon, ils seraient encore capables d’apprendre des choses de leur propre initiative à la maison ! Son document est un tissu de dogmes idéologiques, ne se basant sur aucune étude sérieuse.
Malheureusement pour l’UDC la plupart des pays qui sont les mieux classés par PISA sont justement ceux qui appliquent une pédagogie inverse à celle prônée par ce parti. Notamment la Finlande, qui caracole depuis des années dans le peloton de tête du classement et dont le système scolaire est décrit comme égalitaire : «Les élèves qui ont des difficultés d'apprentissage peuvent bénéficier, au sein de leur établissement, de l'aide d'un professeur spécialisé (eritysopettaja), qui peut venir dans un cours pour le guider ou bien travailler avec lui séparément.» (Wikipedia.)
Afin de faire taire la théorie qui attribuerait un pareil succès au seul fait qu’il y a un nombre relativement restreint d’étrangers présents en Finlande (explication universelle pour l’UDC), il est à noter que le Canada est parmi les premiers mais est aussi une terre d’immigration. Au Canada on s’éloigne considérablement du modèle cher à l’extrême droite ultralibérale néoconservatrice Suisse, comme le prouve les témoignages ci-dessous recueillis par l’Association française PIE chargée des échanges scolai-res :
«Convivialité, ouverture, simplicité, cordialité sont les mots qui reviennent le plus souvent pour qualifier les relations entre les professeurs et les élèves, ainsi qu’entre élèves. “Ces relations engendrent la bonne humeur” ; “l’entente avec le corps enseignant est très bonne” ; “il y a beaucoup d’amitié et un grand respect des uns envers les autres” ; “Si vous avez un problème il y a toujours quelqu’un pour vous aider” ; “Le prof n’est pas le ‘supreme boss’ qui détient tous les pouvoirs, c’est plutôt quelqu’un avec qui on discute ; c’est l’idéal pour apprendre et avoir envie de travailler”… L’école canadienne s’avère être un vrai lieu d’échanges, un monde à part entière avec sa cohérence sociale. »
«Un de nos rapporteurs apprécie particulièrement “l’absence totale de compétition entre élèves en ce qui concerne les résultats scolaires”. Ce point ne manquera pas de surprendre tous ceux qui pensent — à juste titre souvent — que l’Amérique du Nord est le lieu du “toujours plus” (plus grand, plus loin, plus fort…), le lieu de la compétition par excellence. Il est très intéressant de noter que cette vérité n’en n’est pas une au niveau de la formation, et de s’interroger sur la signification et les conséquences de ce fait.»
L’UDC fustige l’école égalitaire remettant en cause non seulement l’égalité sociale prônée par la gauche, mais aussi l’égalité des chances que revendiquent également les droites libérales, républicaines ou humanistes. Démontrant une fois de plus sa volonté de vider la démocratie de son contenu, afin de mieux la manipuler contre elle-même.
Il serait temps de passer à l’offensive et proposer une réforme scolaire humaniste et sociale, en prenant ce qu’il y a de meilleur dans les différents pays. Nous devrions, dans ce but, faire connaître à la population les autres systèmes et expériences scolaires, par tous les moyens dont nous disposons : écrits, audio-visuels et électroniques, dans les trois langues nationales.

Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin and MK Hanin Zoabi (National Democratic Assembly) got into a heated argument Wednesday on whether Arab students should be permitted to peak Arabic in school.
Rivlin said Zoabi, who supports the students' right to speak Arabic in school, "wants to conduct propaganda," adding that "there's a limit to how tolerant we can be in allowing the Knesset to become a stage used against the State of Israel."
Zoabi said, "This is the fault of the Israeli education system, which did not teach Arabic, our language, for the past 60 years.
During Wednesday's debate, a number of Arab MKs claimed the education system was discriminating against Arabs.
Turning to Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar, Zoabi said, "I ask that you issue a clear guideline so that school principals will not act in this manner in the future. Students must be allowed to speak in their mother tongue –Arabic."
Rivlin replied: "As a Jew, I regret the fact that we speak English and French but not the language of the people we live with – Arabic. But there are those who speak of coexistence, and there are others who make every effort to prevent coexistence."
MK Ronit Tirosh (Kadima) said that while working as an Arabic teacher and during her time as director general of the Education Ministry she "encouraged the teaching of the Arabic language in all classes and all age groups.
"The school in Jaffa should be commended for integrating Jewish and Arab populations – where one learns from the other. The official language in Israeli schools is Hebrew, and therefore it makes no sense to hold classroom discussions in Arabic," she said.
Sa'ar said the Education Ministry checked the Jaffa residents' claims and found them to be unjustified. "Hurting a school which promotes coexistence cannot encourage coexistence," he added.

المالكي وحكومة الاربعين..! - جمال محمد تقي
خرج علينا المالكي بعد تسعة اشهر من الشد والجذب، ومن التهندس المتصارع على السلطة، بوزارة اقل ما يقال عنها بانها ولدت وهي مأزومة، ولا نبالغ اذا قلنا بانها ملخص رسمي لكل ازمة الحكم في العراق منذ احتلاله وحتى الان، فمع اقتراب استحقاقات الانسحاب العسكري الامريكي المعلن من العراق نهاية عام 2011، تتضاعف مهمات الحكومة التي سيستخلفها الامريكان، لان الانسحاب الامريكي يعني من زاوية اخرى فترة حصاد لما زرعه الاحتلال نفسه في العراق من بذور للتقسيم في كيانه ونسيجه الاجتماعي والاداري والسياسي والقانوني والاقتصادي والدبلوماسي والفكري، لقد ركز المحتل ومن معه على تفكيك الدولة العراقية واعادة تركيبها على اسس هشة تستبدل مقومات الهوية الوطنية بمقومات الطائفة والاثنية والمناطقية، لتكون قابلة للكسر عند الطلب.
حكومة المالكي الثانية لن تكون مختلفة عن سابقتها من حيث الافق والاداء، وهي بهذا المعنى لن تكون فاعلة استراتيجيا لانها ذاتها تحصيل حاصل لاستراتيجية سارية المفعول، واقصى ما يمكن ان تفعله هو ترحيل تنفيذ الاجندة التي استخلفها المحتل الامريكي، بمفخخات معرقنة دستوريا وجواريا وميدانيا، الى مستقبل الامر الواقع!
البصمة ذاتها، والمكتوب يقرأ من عنوانه، فما حصل اثناء الانتخابات البرلمانية الاخيرة ونتائجها وطرق التعامل معها قد اسقطت كل الضنون التي كانت تراود بعض الوطنيين العراقيين، عن امكانية المراهنة على التغيير الوطني المطلوب من خلال العمل في ذات القنوات التي اقامها المحتل ومن جاء معه، لقد اسقطت التسعة اشهر الماضية كل اقنعة ما يسمى بالعملية السياسية الجارية في العراق وكشفت بما لا يدع مجالا للشك عن عمق ازمتها المتصاعدة، كونها عملية اغتراب سياسي بمؤثرات وحث خارجي له خارطة طريق تسعى لاعادة رسم الجغرافية السياسية ليس للعراق وحده وانما للشرق الاوسط برمته، وذلك لاقامة كيانات جديدة مشغولة ببعضها، كهدف نهائي لتلك الخارطة التأمرية.
ليس بالضرورة ان كل وزراء حكومة المالكي السابقة واللاحقة هم من اللصوص ومزوري الشهادات، لكنهم وبالضرورة ومن دون استثناء، جميعا من المنخرطين والمسوقين للمحاصصة الطائفية والاثنية والمناطقية السائدة في الجسد العراقي منذ احتلاله وحتى الان، ولولا ذلك لما ترشحوا لتلك المناصب اصلا، ومن دون مؤهلات مهنية او وطنية.
وزارة المالكي الجديدة لا تختلف من حيث الشكل والمضمون عن وزارته المنتهية ولايتها، فبرنامجها المعلن والذي تضمن مايزيد عن الاربعين فقرة، والذي كان عبارة عن انشاء اجتراري لما سبق وان تردد على لسانه منذ 2006، يمثل طبيعة هكذا نوع من الحكومات المتكسبة والمترهلة والمتهافته على تجديد ولايتها مع بعض التغييرات بالاسماء المحروقة.
نعم هناك بعض الاختلافات غير الجوهرية بين التشكيل الحكومي الجديد والقديم، كزيادة عدد وزراء الدولة الى عشرة، وزيادة عدد نواب رئيس الوزراء من اثنان الى ثلاثة، وتقنين في عدد الوجوه النسوية فيها، وقلة عدد المتخصصين، لكن حتى هذه الاختلافات غير الجوهرية، تعكس حالة من الانهماك لدى القوى المتنفذة في البقاء بالسلطة وان كان الثمن التخلي عن بعض رتوش الزينة التي كانوا يستعملونها لتجميل حالة القبح السائدة بفسادها وتبعيتها ولا وطنيتها ناهيك عن لا ديمقراطيتها.
لقد زادوا عدد اعضاء البرلمان من 275 الى 325 وزادوا عدد الوزراء من 32 الى 41 وزادوا عدد نواب رئيس الوزراء والجمهورية، ومازالت المطالبات بزيادة الحصص متواصلة، حتى ان المالكي نفسه قد اشتكى في خطبته امام البرلمان من تفاقم الحالة، رغم انه يعرف اكثر من غيره بان انشغال كل حزب بحصته من الوزارات سيجعله الحاكم الفعلي لمفاصل السلطة فالامن والجيش والاستخبارات هي ضمانته وهو قد احتوى اغلبها طائفيا وماليا، هذا علاوة على انه قد اوجد لنفسه مخرجا مسبقا لاي اخفاق تقع فيه حكومته لاحقا، وتجربته مع الحكومة السابقة خير شاهد، اتساع اعداد المستفيدين من المحاصصات لا يعني عمليا غير ارهاق الميزانية العامة وتضييق الخناق على مستحقات عامة الشعب، فزيادة اعداد النواب والوزراء والحمايات الخاصة هو في حقيقة الامر زيادة في الاستبداد المحاصصاتي ماليا واداريا وهذا الامر يتناقض جوهريا مع اي ادعاء ديمقراطي زائف.
بعد صدور قرار العفو الخاص من قبل المالكي عن كل المحكومين من المسؤولين بتهمة تزوير الشهادات ـ وزراء ونواب ومدراء عامين ـ واعفائهم من دفع ما تلقوه من رواتب ومخصصات اثناء فترة عملهم بشهاداتهم المزورة، يحق لنا ان نشبه فريق نوري المالكي الحكومي بفريق علي بابا والاربعين حرامي.

Allah a ete arrete par les autorites palestimiennes
Le blogueur palestinien Waleed Khalid Hasayin (nom de plume : Waleed Al-Husseini), un barbier de 26 ans de Qalqilya [en français] en Cisjordanie, a été arrêté par les autorités palestiniennes pour avoir créé une page Facebook appelée “Allah”. Selon la blogueuse Marwa Rakha[en anglais], la page a été signalée par des utilisateurs et retirée, mais Waleed a créé une autre page. Il faut souligner que d'autres pages intitulées “Allah” sont toujours actives sur Facebook ici et ici :
Sur son blog “Nour Al Akl” ou “L'esprit éclairé”, il réfutait tous les arguments religieux - spécialement ceux de l'Islam - et écrivait de longs billets sur l'illusion des religions. Au début de l'été 2010, un anonyme a créé une page Facebook intitulée “Allah”. Cette personne utilisait sa parfaite maitrise de la langue arabe pour composer des stances poétiques imitant les versets du Coran. La page a attiré beaucoup de fans ; il y avait ceux qui appréciaient la créativité de l'auteur, ceux qui étaient offensés et venaient pour défendre leur religion et ceux qui étaient simplement curieux.
D'après cet article [en anglais], c'est un employé d'un café internet où Waleed passait plusieurs heures par jour depuis que sa mère avait supprimé l'accès à internet chez eux, qui a transmis aux services de renseignement palestiniens les images de ses pages Facebook. Ses activités en ligne ont été surveillées pendant plusieurs mois avant qu'il ne soit arrêté dans ce café le 31 octobre 2010. Waleed n'a pas encore été inculpé. Un groupe Facebook [ndlr : le groupe est pour le moment fermé] et une pétition [en anglais] ont été créés pour le soutenir :
De nouvelles informations circulent selon lesquelles [Waleed] est torturé là où il est détenu et que sa vie est en jeu parce qu'il pourrait risquer la peine de mort (ou au mieux un long emprisonnement), et que de plus des musulmans en colère demandent sa tête, comme le montre leurs commentaires sur internet. Les services d'intelligence palestiniens auraient déclaré aux médias qu'il sera jugé par une cour martiale. Sa position, juridiquement, n'est pas claire, mais tout semble indiquer qu'il sera puni sévèrement pour avoir utilisé son droit d'expression. Le cas de Waleed est de la plus haute importance parce qu'il représente aussi la persécution envers toute une population, minoritaire, d'athées et de libres penseurs. Waleed a besoin de l'attention des médias internationaux et d'une solide assistance juridique que ses amis et supporters ne sont malheureusement pas en mesure de lui apporter.

By now it's a mantra: Arab men are threatening daughters of Israel; or more accurately, Arab men are threatening sons of Israel by taking daughters of Israel from them.
I heard it on the news from Jews in Acre, Safed, Jaffa, Jerusalem and Carmiel. In Jerusalem there are already organized gangs of young Jews who viciously beat young Arab men who are with Jewish girls. The central slogan in the recent anti-Arab demonstration in Bat Yam was "Safeguard the Jewish womb." The impression is that what really frightens Jews about the proximity of Arabs is not so much the decrease in real estate values, ostensible cultural differences and the need to preserve the state's Jewish character, but the issue of Jewish girls and the preservation of the purity of the race.
I have to say that I am very disappointed in the sons of Israel. Since when do you feel so threatened by Arabs who lack tools of warfare, and what exactly has happened to your self-confidence? Do the daughters of Israel know dark secrets about you that leave them no choice but to run for consolation into the arms of the noble Arab? Be men and fight back - after all, you ate people like that without salt for years, so why are you chickening out now? What's with all this whining in demonstrations, this new legislation, these prohibitions and rabbis' letters? When did you become whiners?
"It's not fair," you yelp, "they must not be allowed to be here, it's not right." What's all that about? If you're interested in a daughter of Israel, rise up and do battle for her, sacrifice yourself, make an effort, try harder; and if at the end of the struggle she prefers an Arab to you, then challenge him to a duel. In cases like this, only death can wipe out the shame. "Don't let them get close, they are taking the girls," you say. And I say, shame on you. What exactly has become of the New Jew, erect of stature, who strides ahead with confident step? If necessary, go back to wearing the kaffiyeh, gallop on horseback and sing the songs of the pioneers - but take into account that the New Arab drinks macchiato these days and has ditched Turkish with cardamom.
And what is happening to the daughters of Israel, who, as we can infer from the testimonies of the demonstrators and the young Israelis, can no longer bear to compromise and will always prefer the Arab guys? Is it some late Shakespearean influence, with all of them, like Juliet, aspiring to forbidden love? Or have they discovered that Arab men are irresistible charmers? When did we become the princes of their dreams? Or is it that you are painting the Arab men as wolves with smooth and seductive tongues who leave kosher Red Riding Hood no choice but to fall into a trap they have cunningly laid?
You know, until now I was certain that the role of preserving the honor of women and shackling them with male bonds was something you had designated for us Arabs. What has happened that you enlightened types no longer trust in your daughters' ability to distinguish between good and bad? And why are you treating them like feckless, frivolous types whom Arab men can easily entice and lead astray?
There is nothing to be done: that's how it's always been. In the eyes of a racist majority, the inferior minority will always have a gilded phallus. He's primitive, animal-like, closer to nature - and therefore necessarily more sexual. In your eyes, apparently, women can be beautiful, but will continue to be primitive, led by passion alone, and will be seduced by the animal's caressing voice to taste the forbidden fruit. Never mind the daughters of Israel, who, according to our demonstrators and the bearers of our racial purity, are waiting in line to fall into the robust arms of Arabs.
What worries me is the Arab daughters, the unfortunate daughters of Palestine who according to the theory we are considering can only make do with the leftovers rejected by the daughters of Israel. In the end, there will be no choice, you know. True, it might be tough in the first years, what with the usual patriarchal restrictions and tribal structure, but gradually these barriers will be shattered on both sides. The sons of Israel who have been abandoned and the Arab daughters left to their own devices will have to cooperate for the sake of the continuity of the human race.
I feel sorry for them, those who will have to compromise on all kinds of unwanted commando fighters, rejected fighter pilots, established high-tech men, not to mention marketing vice presidents, development managers and intelligence personnel who will start to court the daughters of Palestine. It will start with spins around the Arab neighborhoods; then they will go to the movies in Tira, Taibeh and Kalansua; gradually they will take out subscriptions to the opera and the Cinematheque and will insist on shopping exclusively in the Arab malls. In short order they will also want to rent apartments and some will want to shop in the heart of Arab villages.
But we will want to preserve the character of the Arab communities. We will not let anyone reduce the density or improve the education system, and we will view every attempt to built industrial parks or hospitals as a blow to the delicate fabric we have woven for years. Many Arab communities will draw up charters setting forth conditions for Jews who want to live in them, and a major demand will be for every Jewish candidate to be an Arab.
Then our side will produce militants who will claim that the Jewish men are threatening the Arab womb and tainting the sacredness of our virginal women. A sheikhs' letter will be written, we will demonstrate against young Jewish men who are pestering our girls, and some Jewish journalist who knows Arabic will write a cynical critique about it in one of the more liberal Arab newspapers. Many reader comments will be hurled against him. He will be accused of self-righteousness and unfairness because he is not willing to admit simple, true facts, namely that races must not be mixed, nations must not be mixed and divine laws must not be messed with

A sheikhs' letter will be written, we will demonstrate against young Jewish men who are pestering our girls, and some Jewish journalist who knows Arabic will write a cynical critique about it in one of the more liberal Arab newspapers.
